King of Zards -> Anatomy of Zards (2/5/2017 11:01:38)

As you may have noticed, in Adventure Quest 3D frogzards have small arms. Having tails may be somewhat acceptable, but... arms? (Wings next?)
What do you think? Are you fine with the new model or do you feel that they should look more like the original form (no tail, no arms, hairy back)? Are these creatures true frogzards or are they different enough to be a separate species? What do you think frogzards should look like?

...Aren't frogzards across all games super adaptable or something? This is just the "Normal AQ3D" type.

That's a good point. Maybe this is just a natural adaptation to 3Dness... It's not like we haven't seen weird looking zards before. (I'm looking at you, Waspzards)

The ones in AQ3D remind me of Gizzards, except they don't have arms either...

I'm pretty sure the Frogzards in AQ3D are inspired from the redesign they got in Battlegems. I quite like the relatively new look though. Both frogs and lizards have front legs after all, so I guess it makes sense.
