KaiAdvent -> Blue Dragon Server Status? (8/7/2018 19:26:21)

It seems that the Blue Dragon server is currently down. I cannot log in through steam or android. Red Dragon is fine, but both red and blue server status is listed as "Online". Blue Dragon log in stops at "Connecting to Server" at 0%. I tried clearing the game cache first, and the game was working yesterday on both devices. Is there more troubleshooting to try, or is this an expected server down time and simply an out of date server status?
