Hi, I have been trying to log in to my account for the past like half hour. I have used both the Artix Entertainment login, and the name of the
player name as well. I haven't played the game since 2016, so is the account locked now, or something else? I have reset the password to my
Artix Entertainment account, since that is where it sent me when I went to reset the account's password, but it's still not giving me access to
the game.
Please help.
