Repeatable lvl 1 mob fight (Full Version)

Is there a quick access spot in the game where you can fight a lvl 1 monster repeatedly to level up when a character might have many levels to gain because they have the experience to make new levels for several levels ?

Like maybe a character has enough experience for 3 or 4 or 5 levels or something, and just wants to win a super quick fight to level..then do it again, and again..etc??

The lowest level enemy from the Drakonnan section of 11th anniversary event works. Easy to access too.
