Drakoncal Regulath, a.k.a. Combat Practice Trainer

Battleon -> Speak to Twilly -> Hello! -> Visit the Stat Trainers -> Combat Practice
Bio: Drakoncal Regulath owed something to Sage Uldor, so he is now Battleon's resident Combat Practice Trainer. He can switch elements at your command, and he randomly attacks in all three attack types (melee, ranged, and magic). The Azru Stone tends to be set off by him, though, possibly because of something he owed to Valencia...
Function: Lets you test your equipment and pets.
