Location: Chilly's Frostval Villiage Shop

Element: Ice
Type: Magic
Damage: 8-25
BTH: 9%

EFFECT:
  • Spell damage of the Ice element is boosted to 110% Base, 110% Random, and 110% stat damage (+10%/+10%/+10%)
  • Spell damage of the Water element is boosted to 107.5% Base, 107.5% Random, and 107.5% stat damage (+7.5%/+7.5%/+7.5%)
  • NOTE: If using Divine Magic, these boosts are not applied.

    SPECIAL
    Rate: 100%
    If your MP is less than 240, you regenerate 50 MP. Otherwise, you select one of the following. All three Specials are treated as spells:
      OPTION 1: Diamond Dust
      MP Cost: 280 (Guardian), or 300 (Adventurer)
      Hits: 6
      Element: Ice
      Type: Magic
      Damage: 14-39 plus 155% Stat Damage each
      BTH: +21 plus Stats each

      OPTION 2: Chilling Bite
      MP Cost: 260
      Hits: 1
      Element: Ice
      Type: Magic
      Damage: 750% Base, 675% Random, and 730% Stat
      BTH: +9 plus Stats
      Special: If the hit connects, there is a 15% chance of freezing the monster.

      OPTION 3: Ice Missile
      MP Cost: 240
      Hits: 2
      Element: Ice
      Type: Magic
      Damage: 400% Base, 360% Random, 385% Stat each
      BTH: +17 plus Stats each
    DESCRIPTION
    The Battlemage Khold made this to prove to the Spellsword Radagast that he could create a weapon to enhance spells. For proof he froze Radagast's legs with it as a practical joke. (Greatly Enhances Ice Spells, Significantly Enhances Water Spells)
