If either of the meters are under 80%, then the special does half damage, and it does an extra bit where it heals the player:

• If both HP and MP are under 80%, then it heals HP and MP for 40% of the damage done.
  
• If MP is above 80%, then it heals HP equal to Damage/1.5.
  
• Heal amount is divided by monster ele resist. So if the enemy has 200%, the heal will be half as effective, if 50%, heal is twice as effective.

DESCRIPTION
