This skill is currently bugged. It will attack enemies that are already dead instead of retargeting to the next living monster.

Actually, what I think it means by 'targets random enemies', is that it selects a random enemy, attacks it, and just keeps with it until the end. So miserable, this could be a Multi-enemy-hit attack, but it isn't.
