 I'm trying to access the new discounted z-token shop but all i get is "error loading shop information". ive logged in and out multiple times and cleared my cache, history, everything. any ideas?

I cleared the back-end cache. If that doesn't solve it, then I'm not sure what will.... ~IMR

 IMR it didnt work. Is the shop supposed to be guardian only? Im not a guardian. i was really hoping to get some discounted ztokens items. i didnt even buy any ggbs to see what i could get.

 I'm not sure what's causing it, then. It sounds like a connection problem on your end.

Make sure that your firewall (or your parents' internet filter, if you have one) isn't blocking things?

Try playing at a friend's house, or some place with a different internet connection?

I've been experiencing iloveromance's error and can confirm that it isn't connectivity or firewall related. I'm running a 100 MB/PS DL, 10 MB/PS UL connection and attempted loading the shop, with my antivirus/malware and firewall programs disabled to no avail.

Instead of reading"Error loading shop information", it read "Error loading sell prices" when I attempted to do so after disabling firewall/antivirus programs.

Type of bug (Game crash/blackscreen, glitch, graphical error, typo, etc.):

Bug details: Ballyhoo chest gives undefined gold


Shop/War Chest: Ballyhoo
Equipment before entering Shop: Cloth Robes, Adventurer Shield, Wooden Staff

 Well the error loading discount shop hasnt gone away. My computer is fine and the rest of adventurequest works perfectly well. If it is a guardian only shop please say that next time.

I'm not able to buy anything from the Kingdom Breaker Shop. I'm getting a message that says, "Item not found"

Whenever I try to purchase the Kingdom Breaker from Valencia it says item not found. I have been an X-Guardian for years and most recently bought Z Tokens three months ago. Why can't I purchase it?

Shouldn't it say that when attempting to access rather the BUY from the KB shop? (While my non-guardian/Z token acc can access shop, When attempting to buy anything I get the above message.)

I've opened the GGB rare shop only to find that the item designated for the rare shop wasn't in it. I'm not sure if this is just me or other people I have a screenshot but i'm not sure how to or if I should post it.

GGB Shop Bug:
One level version of the weapon is different from all of the rest.

The level 35 version of the Mooncrest Staff Weapon in the Golden Gift Box Shop has different art and description, but seems to me to be scaled in terms of gold and damage.

I can access the Kingdom Breaker shop but get an error message while attempting to buy anything, ""You must first buy the Guardianship or Tokens before Nov 18, 2013 to get any items from this shop." Last time I checked 2009 predated 2013.

Also I'm not sure if it's shop-related but attempting to (temporarily) grab the UltraGuardian Plate in the Guardian Tower's armory results the game getting stuck in a screen that says "Equipping! Please wait while your item equips!". Attempting to access any of the other menus or leave the room also prompts me to wait. Both the UG Leathers and Robes work fine.

Tried all the usual magic tricks, clearing my cache etc. to no avail. The latter is not really that big a deal but sometimes I'd like to swap whatever temporary armor I have with the UG Plate without relogging since that also deprives me of other temporary items.

Seems like when switching from a scythe to a guardian weapon, it says successful! but you will get a switch error parchment. I've did every trick I could and wasted a total of ~60-80 ztokens trying to get it permanently.

The guardian shop doesn't seem to have the Fire Guardian Dragon Armor, unless I'm just looking in the wrong place ^^;;

In the Guardian shop you can't buy either of the drakel disguises.

Those shouldn't exist. *removes from shop* ~IMR

Not quite a bug but a random melee Stone Cold Slayer weapon (134 version) is stuck in Robina's Advanced Shop. The 134 Ranged version is there as well but I don't think the sword needs to be there.

In Robina's Basic Shop, the level 46 Stone Cold Spear is missing and instead there's a level 46 Stone Cold Slayer.

The Omelyhis' Reign weapons all are all in Yulgar's Beginner's Shop, but I was wondering whether they should be in the Paladin shop instead? (Just makes a bit more sense IMO)

The Ospark weapons are all in Yulgar's Intermediate Shop, but they all still have their discount prices outside of the LTS. Idk if that's intended or not either

Not sure if this is intended or not. But there is no way to upgrade flame guardian dragon armor to a higher level? Seems odd since both golem summoner and white knight have upgrade shops.

don't know if this goes here.

bug- dragon's secret shop not leting me buy the goldenrod staff (the only one i can use), says i have to have the book.

i do have the book and already activated the code on all my games on my master account, it works on all of them except this one

@Neon_hyodra: The shop will come in time. There are still some of the Z-Token bundle offers that have yet to receive theirs.

Priority: low

Most blarney events (as accessed through the portal painting) lead to reward shops with just the rewards for that event. The 2009 event gives a shop with every reward through 2013 (though not 2014). No functionality is broken, nothing is missing, but the asymmetry feels a little strange.

I got a Golden Giftbox 2 months ago on my other character and just opened it today. I didn't get one for free today. I thought Guardians are supposed to get one free each month.
