Happy Mogloween everyone! It is the spookiest time of the year and also the 6th year anniversary of our web based RPG games. To celebrate the most spooky time of the year we are running special events in ALL FOUR of our games. See what is happening below:

Haunted Server Wide Special Event
A mysterious fog has rolled in... villagers are rumoring that those brave (or dumb) enough to walk into the fog found themselves in a small creepy town called Mystcroft... full of haunted houses. They told tales of Ghosts, giant monsters with pumpkins, and... *coughs* my apologies, it was hard to understand what they were saying as they were screaming at the top of their lungs running at top speed away from the fog.... but it sounded something like... trap doors... giant guy with chain saw. I am sure that I misheard them.
Starting tonight... The Great Pumpkin King rises from the pumpkin patch to engulf the world in his candy coated chaos. The final boss of Mogloween is HUGE and will take require sme coopoeration to defeat. If you and your friends can defeat the Pumpkin King, there is a small chance he will drop a "Great Pumpkin Seed". Hold on to this seed and it is rumored to grow into a loyal mini-pumpkin pet!

The Planet Mortis exists in a different dimension. Every year around Mogloween, it shifts into our dimension. The Headless Horsemecha is terrorizing the country of Mogsylvania on Planet Mortis. The town of Amity relies on a magical candy supply for energy. the Headless horse mecha's minions have stolen the town's candy supply and you must get it back. the mayor of Amity has called upon GEARS university for help retrieving the town's candy... and he has a special task for you... He is working on a highly advanced android called Shelley. The Headless horsemecha has stolen her head and you must get that back too.
To defeat the Headless horse mecha you will need to explore the Parcathian mountains, Arkham Cemetary and the Mortenwood forest to find it's head. One enough candy has been returned to town, Dr. springenstein can use its magical powers on the head to make the Headless horse Mecha vulnerable to your attacks...
War rewards:
Nova Gem shop - Pet Bats equippable to you shoulder slot
Candy shops : Collect candy to open weapon shops. Weapons include special Trick or Treat masks, Pumpkin hurling arms and slashing nosferatu arms.
End of War Rewards:
Frankenmecha : Free and SC. Star Captains will get the a special electrocution combo that extra damage against electrocuted opponents.
Headless Horse Mecha: Nova Gem Only. Unleash the Dark power of the headless Horsemecha on your enemies. Can throw it's head for a special demoralizing attack.
Starship Items:
Decorative mogloween items like chains and cobwebs, tombstones and twisted roots. Action Figures: Mechferatu, Desmodus and Zombie mecha. A special pumpkin stereo that plays Mogloween music and a trans-dimensional starmap that will allow them to reurn to the zone at anytime.

The Cauldron Sisters are back for more candy causing trouble. Seasonal spooky rares will only be available through the rest of the weekend. If you missed last year you can replay Mogloween Part 1 then join ALL players in completing this years special event. Also, a new spooky themed Lymcrest Labyrinth hedge mage has been released in Amityvale. A bonus quest was written spoofing one of our favorite childhood TV shows.. but we accidently deleted THREE super long cutscenes destorying the quest *cries*. (Tht is what we get for naming our movieclips the same thing) We are rebuilding them now. Meanwhile, in the icy land of Dragesvard the next part of the DragonSlayer saga is released with 3 brand new helm drops. November will begin DRAGON MONTH.... starting with the testing of the DragonSlayer Armor and Galanoth's story.

Mogloween has begun in AdventureQuest! Mogloween celebrates both this spooky time of year as well as AQ's 6th birthday! Go trick-or-treating to collect tons of candy that you can trade for dozens of special items like masks, weapons, costumes, armors, shields and more! Investigate a "falling star" this year in a new quest pulling together elements of both the Gremlins and Aliens movies!

We hope you are enjoying the games and our ongoing releases. It is amazing to see that after 6 years the teams artwork, programming and overall game making skills continue to improve. This has been an incredible year -- thank you for making it all possible! Next up... November is the month of DRAGONS! Raaaawr!
