Who is John Galt?


 "So Seahawk..." you may be asking yourself. "I see that you have created the Info Submission board for DF Encyclopedia entries. But what if I want to be able to make my own entries and updates in the DragonFable Encyclopedia? Is there any way to make that possible?"

Why, yes. Yes, there is.

The Dragonpedia Masters is a new forum group (with a questionable name) dedicated to helping create new and updated entries in the DF Encyclopedia. Members of this group will be able to post and reply to existing threads, just as they could in the old DF Encyclopedia format.

To join the DragonPedia Masters, you will need to do the following:

1) Read and agree to follow the DF Pedia and Info Submission Guidelines
2) Click the "Members" link at the top of the page
3) Click the "View All Groups" button
4) Scroll down until you see the DragonPedia Masters group (it's near the bottom of the list).
5) Click the "Join" button you'll see on the far right of the page. (This will put you in pending status)
6) I will process your application and accept you

Pretty easy, right? Well, there is one catch. You will be expected to follow the rules layed out in the DF Pedia and Info Submission Guidelines. Failure to do so, or any abuse of your posting privileges (like spamming, posting inappropriate content, etc...), will result in you being removed from the DragonPedia Masters group.

There's no requirement to post a specific amount of times or anything, so don't feel like you have to post constantly to stay in the group... if you make one entry and then never post again, we'll still appreciate your input and be happy that you wanted to help.

If you have any comments or concerns, feel free to conatct me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

P.S. I'm not completely sold on the name "DragonPedia Masters." If you have any other suggestions, feel free to post them below. If I see any I like, maybe we'll run a vote to choose a new one once we get some group members.

P.P.S. "Special 'pedia Club" is not a valid suggestion and will not be considered...

 WE are the DF Pedia team, so I think that's out of the question. :P Sure you can call us the DF Pedia ArchKnights, but I think we got that one copyrighted as well. :o

 Please also be aware that we, as the DF Pedia team, are not responsible in any way shape or form for the name "DragonPedia Masters". You can blame Artix for that one. ;) Still makes me cringe whenever I read it, but of course, that's why we all love our dear undead-slaying pun machine game developer.

I also like Archknights of the pedia (but it shouldnt cause, u have to work hard to get AK status and then there practically will give it away 4 free!)

This new group are not ArchKnights, so Arch in the title will not work. This group will not have Moderating powers, but merely the power to post in the DF Encyclopedia.

I have a few questions. Sorry if this isnt the right place to put them.
First, when you help to entries for weapons or helms or any other item that you can view do you need to post a pic?
Second, are there only specific parts of the Pedia forum that you can post or is it any part of the Pedia?
Third, can you only help with item entries or can you do quest entries too?
Fourth, will your title be Changed to DragonPedia Master or will it stay member? Note:It isnt really important to me if this happens or not i just want to know. I think those are all my questions. Thanks for any help.
