 It's time to squash the competition!

This is the official all-call for pumpkin-carving masters!
And since Mogloween is right around the corner, there seems to be no better time for such an event!

There will be only ONE Grand Prize winner! The contest will range from now until 11:59pm EST on Saturday, October 31st. The winners will be announced on the Design Notes and the Forums on Friday, November 6th!

The Grand Prize winner will receive 5,000 AdventureCoins!
Additional prizes will we awarded for other great pumpkins!!


The rules and guidelines are simple but MUST be followed accordingly for your entry to be considered eligible:

• Your pumpkin MUST be carved BY YOU!

• Your pumpkin MUST be your own ORIGINAL WORK! Any work that is copied via Internet and/or Stencils will lead to an automatic DISQUALIFICATION!

• Your pumpkin MUST be carved in an AQW theme--if we cannot tell what it is from AQW, you will be DISQUALIFIED!

• Include an index card or a piece of paper with your Forum Name and AQW Character Name--this way we really know its made by you!

• Your pumpkin carving can relate to anything from AdventureQuest Worlds.

• Your canvas must be a pumpkin or another form of squash and/or gourd.

• The photo of your carved pumpkin must be of the Highest Quality—the bigger and more clear the picture, the better!

• Please include your AQW character name with your submitted photo.

• You have until 3:00pm EST on Thursday, October 29th to submit a photo of your carved pumpkin!

• Only one photo submitted per person, please!

• Post a link to your carved pumpkin photo on this thread!

Do pumpkins made LAST YEAR count? Because I made this one, before Death came in AQW. but... it resembles the Death in-game, no? :/ God, I hope it works with premades xD

I was no master then, and I am no master now. I don't have any pumpkins so, if premades are not allowed, meh :P

With the implementation of that new rule, I am no longer in qualification with this old picture of mine. If I manage to get a pumpkin in time, I might join, though I doubt it. :(

BTW, this is representing the "pumpkin king" from last year's mogloween.

NOTE: (I wasnt able to put a card that says my username because every year i do carving and take pictures and my cousin gives me money for it. I took this pic before i heard about this contest. So i wasn't able to put a paper and my AQW username on it.
but I SWEAR TO GOD i did this.)

I was wondering if 2 players could work on the pumpkin together.Since we were going to make a normal Jack o lanturn together but this came around so we want to open up our imagination some more. We also don't have enough time for more than one because of high school.

This one was a challenge but I succeeded in making a pumpkin with Twilly.

Well, here's my pumpkin entry!

I'll have more pictures posted soon, with a candle inside it. I just have to find my candle first.. *looks for the box of candles* ARG! SNEEVILS!!!!! *goes on an epic quest for candles*

Hurray! I have located a candle after destroying OVER NINE THOUSAND fire elemental! So with magic crystal in hand and a picto-frame at the ready, let's see my Joke-O-Lantern!

Alright here is my first Pumpkin that I have ever carved.
I didn't have any carving tools so, what I used was a razor blade. It took me some time to do this while holding onto the little blade. lol.
Also i got an ice pick to help write out Battle on!

Over all it was totally fun and I can't wait to make another one for next year.

Hello well this is my first time carving a pumpkin since no one trusted me with a knife *wonder why o.0*
anyways I just finished my first carved pumpkin and I'm very glad that it turned out good. Its been 3 hours
of hard work and safety, but I did it :). Although I wanted to see it in the dark, since my camera's flash is
blocking the candle light.
