EDIT: Well, it looks like it at low resolution. In turns out what looks like a nipple or two is some other kind of discoloration (a tattoo of a star or something). I don't know if this ambiguity is excusable or not. Still, it's a highly-suggestive ad, and Google tells me the game is supposed to be a business simulation game, so at the very least it's relying on a misleading message.

I found an ad of runescape "private server". It said something like OMNSScape or something can't really remember there are many days from that. Main thing is that those "private servers" are illegal.

 I found an ad to this site. Now I know that normally gold sales are none of your concern as they are legal. But, having known RS, it is illegal to sell gold from that game, hence this site is going against the law. This is why I feel this ad should be blocked if possible, but do as you see fit.
