Hey, this is my first post. I was wondering what mods are for and if there are any benefits for them, please comment and if you do ty!

well mods help to run the game and forums smoothly. without them everything would be chaotic. as for benefits they get free unlimited mems in the games and access to other mod only stuff.

there is no set path really....if you are helpful on the forums then maybe you can become an AK. from there if the staff ever need someone to help them run the game they may make you a mod if you are over 18. but they don't tend to do this type of thing often. or if you work for the team directly then you'd be made a mod too.

 u have to be invite to be a mod by another mod and if u ask they diffenently wont look at u for a mod

Alright, one last thing , what is a AK and how could you help on the fourums, and are there ay other ways to become a mod?

mods are the people who work for the company that produces the game. (ArtixEntertainment) Moderators do everything from programing the game to making new wepons. they also get ingame/outgame perks. im not sure what are the outgame perks but ingame they have a CLEARLY visible gold name. they also get access to spcial wepons no regualr aqw player can have. (im not sure if it is availible to regular AE employees or only to staff) but that just about sums it up.

AKs are mod helpers. they are normal forumites that get chosen specially to help out in specific forums. the big helping AKs for this forum are theo and furore.
