I'm really sorry for bugging but how do i solve the problem that is this:
I try to connect my AQ/WF account to my BattleonGames Account and it says that my AQ/WF has been already linked to another account.
But i've never linked my AQ/WF account to another BattleonGames account, never.
What do i do?
I'd really like to know what i have to do...
Please? thanks in advance

 I have A guardian in Adventure quest and a dragon lord in dragon fable and a member account in AQworlds, yet it wont let me play bladehaven beta... why is this

hey i want to play the bladehaven beta and i have a dragon amulet but my account is linked into my old master account that i have lost the password to.Worse than that is the fact that i have forgotten the password to the email address i used for that master account and i cant get it back so i use a new one, what should i do?

Never mind i managed to guess my old pass

Ok, I registered my master account, but didn't notice, that when I was asked to use letters and number in the password, that the day and date of my birthday reset itself. So I clicked register and just noticed that the date and day was the 1 st of January, the year was the same. So is it something I should be worried about or just let it be the way it is because my age is still the same ?
Or maybe I'm blind and you can change that somewhere.

@tharnc-As far as I'm aware, there is no way. Try changing your password and request a username change from staff so that whoever got it and bought the AC Coins can't log in and mess you up. If things get bad, try unverifying your AQ and DF accounts and make a new AQW account.

@evilboy-I wouldn't worry about it. As long as the year is the same, you shouldn't have any problems.

@ZeezoGT-Um... Could you be a little more specific? What exactly is the problem?

How can I reset my linked accounts? My old BattleOn Games master account had my AQWorld character 'Mega Nova' and my DF account 'White Knight Unknown' and I need to unlink them from my old account which I can't remember Anyway, is there anyway this can be done? Could any staff look up my account details and PM my e-mail I used for my master account? Please help me URGENTLY!
Update: I managed to recover the email and password, so don't worry now.

How to unlink my AQW account from Portal Battleon.
It wrote "Sorry! Game accounts that have been upgraded with Points can not be unlinked."

 Anyone know how much points a single AE Upgrade card is worth? I have heard 5000 points, but I am not sure.

In the U.S. the cards are worth 4000 Points.
In Canada, the cards cost a bit more and are currently worth 5000 points.

DilZZZ,
After you link an account, and spend Points on it, it means that the account is YOUR account.
You can no longer unlink it.

 The prices for cell phone payments through super-rewards was all wrong.
We have removed that option for now.

Um, I am trying to spend my points of my Linked Warp Force adventurer to become a WarpGuardian. But, when I click on the linked account, There is no Spending option, only to manage the account and to un-link the account. How can I spend my points to become a WarpGuardian? Thanks.

Did you link the correct AQ/WF game account?
It sounds like that game account does not have any WarpForce characters on it yet.

SuperRewards was doing the pricing all wrong.

How was the bug fixed, Captain? I don't see any changes at all.


EDIT:
I had fixed the bug to prevent silly players from upgrading deleted characters. :)
And now I've recovered your lost Points for you.
You can upgrade your newer AQ character now.

 Quick question about the Peanut Labs Offer System.

I see 4-5 offers roughly every day which i can try and complete. However, yesterday i did a few of the tick-boxes and then i was told i was not eligibile but gave me some points anyway. Even though this happened it still counted as a "complete" survery which counted towards my chances of getting 600 Bonus BP's, by adding 1 more survey to the "Do 5 of these and get a Bonus". Is that meant to happen?


EDIT:
Peanut will usually let you get a few points for a survey that you partially complete, just once per day.
This is called a "screenout". I wasn't aware that the screenout also gave credit to the "Do 5 of these.." bonus.
