My town doesn't seem to have them,but then again,we only really looked in Wal-Mart and Hastings.Clerks there said they've never heard of 'em before.And we don't wanna drive to the state capital.

Please, please please make them available in Cebu City (Philippines)

You can sell them in Load central or Netopia or rather put them in Netopia.

and I suggest convert the price tag to PHP.

Because people here when they see the $ sign they freak out because they think its very expensive.

I'd Say Europe, Belgium...

would also be nice that we could like:

i buy a Paysafecard, go to a certain site of AE where it sells AE Cards Codes
when i buy it i get an email or something with the code

would it not be easier to say if you buy nova gems via game card or online that you will get the weapon?

You can also do this.
You can order a card from a website lessay bestbuy.com or target.com.
You may have to pay a little more for shipping and whether or not they ship overseas is up to the company.
