Just look at the PvP's.

Smoke screen affects block % which affects blocking of:

Mercs:

Strikes;
Maul;
Atom Smasher;
Double Strike;
Berserker;

Mages:

Bludgeon;
Assimilation;
Strike;

Bounties:

Cheap Shot;
Strike;

Robots;

You may see it as "Not another nerf to bounties" but smoke screen on mercenaries is too devastating excluding the EMP grenade thus promoting support builds. What I'm saying is, Bounties need more skills that are affected by Blocks.

What's your views?

They have SA which means they will block too rare.If they have more blocking skill what it will change with SA they will still hit.

Simple, make the skills non-affected by the SA so blocking is still capable

The idea of SA is Hitting %90 to enemy if admins remove it SA will be useless.

That's ridiculous. You might as well say Reflex Boost is overpowered. It usually gives you more dex than smokescreen takes away from your opponent anyway, so technically Reflex Boost would increase blocking chance more than Smokescreen.

don't play a low dex merc str build. period.

the only thing blocking affects mages a lot is when assimilation is blocked (and generally most mages have more dex than 5 focus/str mercs so their robots and blockable skills won't get blocked as often)

also BHs doesn't care if they get more blockables because with reflex boost they can regain back the amount of dex that is taken away plus another good surpls of dex
