ALL of these Ad's required me to download a certain software to get to the actual site and when i reached the site i went on to another one, i've done this numerous times before with even more Ads and got all my adventureCoins in full but this time I didnt get anything and i still have 7 AdventureCoins, and this was all before the SoulHarvester Armor was sold out, I had tried to earn all of these coins so I could possibly get the set and everything but after a week or 2 of waiting I quit trying, reported this to AQ team and got nothing but an automated reply.....

Problem: i can´t see the problem, i completed the requirements but the "Type" of the offer still says Pending, i checked for some possible reasons like my antivirus but everything was fine, the offer isn´t giving the reward.
Country im in: Argentina.

Basically I was credited for the first download, but didn't get credit for the other 3. I reported the offers and via a huge spam run around, learned that you only get credit for the 1st install. Boo on false advertising.

The problems is not the offers themselves it is the companies that run it. They have no real way of tracking it and they basically want to collect the AD revenue for themselves without paying AE or the player for the time they spent doing the offer.

The post below is more about Problem sponsors then offers but my post was deleted and directed here.

I downloaded Free Download Manager through TokenAds and after showing them proof after proof I completed the offer they refuse to award me 276 Artix points and now they are trying to say I complete it through another offer wall which I only complete each offer only once per sponsor. When I asked which Offer Wall it was that they claimed I completed it through they refused to answer. With refusing to give points they are basically stealing AD revenue from AE and something needs to be done about it.

Two offers that don't send you confirmation emails are Big Buck Surveys and Winning Surveys so even if you do a screenshot of the thank you page it takes 6 to 10 emails to convince the sponsor they don't send confirmation emails just thank you pages and then when they realize they pissed you off that is when they finally give you points.

The quiz offers send you confirmation emails but even with the confirmation email and the screenshot of the results page you still have to fight for points.

The Alcohol beverage videos with Matomy if you over 21 it tells you it is meant for a different age group only other age group is under 21 and since 21 is the drinking age in the USA making alcohol videos only available to people under 21 is illegal.

When I tried to download the AMV converter, it said the URL was moved to a new address, or something to that effect. A few moments later, I got a message saying a virus attack was blocked. I checked the details, and the attacker URL had AMVconverter in it. It's apparently some kind of adware installer.

I had the same problem as did Pudd, I did the offer gave them my credit card I have the conformation from Netflix (http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae348/TheArasonage/netflixtrialproof-1.png)
my free trial is running atm as you can see in the link. I emailed support and never got a response or my coins. When I was filling out the offer at the top OF my browser it said "Completed". It's been several days now, very disappointing. Please remove this offer so others don't do this offer too and not get any coins as well.

I have a problem with all of the advertisements !

How can I do them I if don't know what I am reading. Can't you give AE extras that users can actually read? This has been a problem for the past 2 years.

Please fix this.

On a side note, the only reason why I can't purchase anything online anymore is that for some reason my mom was billed for a $5,000 bag . She is now paranoid to do anything online unless accompanied with tech staff.

If I could read the Mobile AE extras, I would gladly do them even though it costs a bit of money.

 hey ho i had the same problem as one of my fellow mates here i did many Offer that requiered me to register to a site to answer questions or to download software but i only got 68 from serveral hundreds of points i should have goten. i live in germany and only do free offers idk what is the problem

I agree with you completely. I've run into the same problems with RadiumOne's support, both for in-game points here and at Aeria Games. A couple were honored within a week, but, the average amount of time it took to get anything substantial out of them was around 2 months, some even took 3 months, and it seemed it was more because I wouldn't let them close the ticket, rather than any sort of actual "proof".

In fact, if there is any way to suggest this to our wonderful friends at Artix, I'd suggest they steer clear of these people that provide such lousy support. I even tried contacting RadiumOne by phone, and was immediately met with either a voicemail prompt, or hung up on by their phone system when I tried to actually get a person. Most of the options from their phone system simply tell you to e-mail them, ONE so far offers to transfer to a receptionist, where it promptly hangs up on you.
