Clairvoyant!

(Mino)torture needs to remove Valencia from NPC section

Scavenger Shop needs to rename to Scavenger Hunt

Fishing (Minigame) rewrite with new images. Included Flamehead 12's image under Day Falconreach. It does not load as an actual quest so I've strike-through the objectives.

Fishing Minigame

Location: Falconreach Dock, Doomwood Dock
Level/Quest/Items required: Must have equipped Angler
Release Date: April 3rd, 2009

Objective: This dock is for fishing! N/A
Objective completed: After a hard day of fishing, you change back into your normal adventuring outfit and prepare for some nice relaxing monster battles. N/A

Scaled Yes/No: No
Experience rewarded: None
Gold rewarded: Varies (300-500 in a Bag of Gold)

Monsters
None

NPCs
None

Rewards
None

Chance to obtain a temporary food when catching certain fish.

Dialogue
If you do not have the Angler in your inventory, click on "Buy Armor" to open Fishing (Shop). Equip the armor to continue with the minigame.

  • Aquarium - shows a collection of fish species you've collected so far.

Falconreach Dock - Aquarium (all 20 fishes)
Doomwood Dock - Aquarium (all 40 fishes)

  • Day - Falconreach / Doomwood

  • Dusk - Falconreach / Doomwood

  • Night - Falconreach / Doomwood

  • Instructions
Click anywhere on the screen to start fishing!

Once you have begun fishing, watch the cork bobber carefully! You may get a few NIBBLES, but you have to wait until you get a BITE or you will scare off your fish!

When you see the cork bobber going crazy then you've got one hooked. Click anywhere on the screen to reel in your fish. Some fish are trickier than others and might slip off the hook. The higher your RANK is, the less this will happen!

Right now you can catch 20 different things, and you can see everything that you have caught in your AQUARIUM at any time. There are some rare fish worth 150-200 points! Things that are not fish (like boots and sticks) are only worth 5 points. Good luck!

  • Done Fishing - exits the minigame.

  • The Locker - takes you to The Locker. Available after completion of 2 Leagues Under the Sea

    path's

You can add this after dialogue in The Necromantress quest:

    Victory!

So, this Necromantress is behind the attacks. Once again the purple-robed Necromantress has escaped into the dark reaches of Doomwood. If there really is an entire city of Necromancers below your feet then Artix is right... you MUST get in that door!

In The Next Release: The townsfolk of Moonridge are about to have celebration in your honor! (... and things get really interesting as you learn how to open the door to the Necropolis's.)

  • To be continued...

Some additional information for Lucky Day - Gold Fever's note.
    quote:

  • You lose 2 gold if you run away

  • After some testing, you can lose a random amount from 1 to 10 gold, but sometimes you don't lose any. I've even gained 1 or 2 gold a couple of times, but it's very rare. And probably a glitch. I suggest changing the note to:

  • There is a chance of losing 1 to 10 gold if you run away. It should only be taking away 2-5 gold. Probably a bug. I'll make a note of it.

Advance on the Castle! dialogue seems to be changing slightly as the war progresses. I'm not really sure when it changed exactly... it's possible I missed one. Ash said in the war thread that he's been manually updating it.

Symone: We're making progress. I scouted ahead and found a small weapon cache. We need to reach it before the Baron's forces collect it.

Ash: Keep pushing ahead, <Character>! We can't let anything stop us!

The following line doesn't mention potions:
    quote:

  • Heal Party
Fully recover the guests and your health

  • Suggesting to change to:
Fully recovers the guests, your health, and your potions

    Done, thanks. ~Karika

A correction to Ground To A Halt's dialogue part:

    quote:

Yix: Airheart is reporting that her mechgryphon has been throwing off sparks and making a disturbing grinding noise upon takeoff.

    mechagryphon

A few corrections to Pipe Dreams' dialogue part:

    quote:

Yix: We can't open the barricade for you without risking everyone else...but there may be another way in.
Yix: If you take too long, or you can't fix the matrix before the steam is released...the pressure alarms will draw some of the Cyklon guards.

a space between "else..." and "but" and a space between "released..." and "the"

    quote:

Yix: First, stop yelling. I can hear you fine at your normal speaking volume. Next, you'll have to rework the steam matrix to open the gate

This can be separated in two texts:

Yix: First, stop yelling. I can hear you fine at your normal speaking volume.
Yix: Next you'll have to rework the steam matrix to open the gate

After "Yix: Ready to get started?" you can add:
    <Character>: Uh...

    Corrections to Richard's Gear:

    quote:

Objective: Yix has asked you to travel into the caverns below Popsprocket to stop Richard's gear... the gear that power most of the city

Gear, a point at the end

    quote:

Yix: It was put in town by Richard Fizzlesproing over a hundred years ago.
Yix: You need to take your way to the heart of Popsprocket... I'll show you the entrance to the undertunnels.

    place, make

    And corrections to Pachelbel's Cannon:

    quote:

Objective completed: Now you've finally got the upper hand! If the Gnomish Magic Eye works the way it's supposed to (good luck) then you will have a direct line to Sepulchure's plans!

gnomish, the way that it's, directly, Plans

    quote:

Yix: At least we knew what to expect from the Cyklons. We can't fight a battle on two fronts, <Character>.
Yix: We can view these images from a seperate location AS THEY ARE HAPPENING on a viewing device that we're calling a Far-a-vision!
Yix: ...the team has greatly reduced the size of the magic eye. Now it is barely noticeable.
Yix: If we can get you up there with the Magic Eye, then you can attach it to one of the Flying eyeballs sleeping in the roost.
Yix: It would also be the perfect field test for the new smaller micro-magic eye!
<Character>: So you want me to get on top of the flying dracolich castle, without being noticed...
    <Character>: I missed Sepulchure's Castle ENTIRELY...
Pachelbel: To use less blasting powder and to eqiup you with an emergency parachutte.
<Character>: Better get moving. The less time spent here the better.
    <Character>: ... and... Viola!
<Character>: This? This is the "greatly reduced in size MICRO-magic eye"?
<Character>: I sure hope gnomish parachuttes work better than their cannons do.

cyklons, can needs to be deleted, Magic Eye, noticable, flying, Micro-Magic Eye, to get me, castle, parachute, I spend, ...and... Voila!, the quote should end after "size", parachutes

    Done, thanks. ~Peachii

Final(?) dialogue update for Advance on the Castle!

Ash: <Character>, I know you tried your best.

    "The Baron Awaits!" button:
    Defeat!
You weren't able to get to the castle before the deadline! The Baron has erected a barrier while he prepares for...something. The various magical users in your group are working to bring it down! (The final cutscene will be live as soon as Tomix finishes it!)

I found something in Stoneheart Fall, maybe it's important:

  • Note: If you open the hidden book, Kensai will appear in the place of True Mortal. In order for him to appear again, you have to reenter in the map.

This is a bug that should be fixed. [Niki]
