The Hawkentiger Broom Boom Uniform (male) loses its coat-tails when displayed on the character page.

my character loads fine but when i try to go to a mission place, it never loads

*I checked your account, had no issues logging on to any of the servers I tried. Your upgrade expired 7/29/2011, so you won't be able to access the Member server.

I wasnt sure where to put this buut when I log into herosmash it says i am a free member

when I go to the master account it says i am a vip member

herosmash character - darkcrudus
aqw character - darkcrudus

both are linked to my master account.

only in the login for herosmash does it say i am a free member. tried clearing cache and what not.

i can log into the super sir ver and my name is blue colored, it just wont let me create any other characters

This is due to the upgrade coming from your AQW account upgrade - you didn't upgrade HS directly. This character is still able to log into HS as a member due to VIP status, but you can't make any more characters until you do an upgrade for HeroSmash. ~Reens

don't know cant' even get to that stage

Operating System
Windows 7 and Mac OSx 10.6.4

all browsers, including IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari

PS. I did clear the cache, close the browser and restart the computer.
I also tried loggin in on a different computer. The results are always the same for this account.
PPS. We are able to login on the same computer using a different herosmash account with no problems.

Also I have tried to reboot computer and restart web browser - Firefox- clear cache, history files, cookies, temp files,

PS Is there any chance a moderator could check this out and let me know their findings please?
I really would like to be able to get back on again especially before the new release and shop items are gone

Step 3 Click to login and wait while the game doesn't log in with this Screen

Main account is siane_moonlight and the character I have on there is Winter and Non-member that was a part of alpha

 i put my username and correct password but when i pressed the login button it wouldnt do anything except make a sound

i tryed changing my masteraccount password then tryed it again but still wont let me login

2. i got on herosmash checked the DNs
3. tryed logging in to the game
4. wouldnt let me through
5. i changed my pass
6. retryed logging in to the game but still wouldnt let me in

EDIT now i tryed it on my computer it not working but its working on the laptop so let me try it again on the laptop
summary i havent been able to log in for weeks and now i have but only once today on the laptop and now i cant i changed my pass to make it secure and now on firefox on my computer i cant log in so im trying it on different browsers and computers again

ANOTHER EDIT i tryed it on fire fox google chrome and internet explorer and now let me try on a different compter

so far i tryed it everyday ever since i found out about the bug and now i found i i cold log in on everything but im not sure about google chrome on a windows xp laptop but on windows computer it doesnt let me even see the authenticating or something like that it just keeps showing the username password screen please fix this i havent been able to log in to herosmash for a few weeks and i use wireless for my windows xp laptop

Bug Description
When you enter Skulldeep/ Hero Spire you find the armor which you are equipping is default and you are actually bold... So it's like you aren't equipping anything

 oh my char name is Necro kreemer and i think my char id is 01105

i found out why i have not been able to log in it was because my pass it was like 4 or 5 letters long then it eould say 123 so now it is secure and i didnt even get a e mail or somethign when i logged in about my pass

Unfortunately I am still unable to log in to HS at this time I have retried clearing cache history cookies etc at this point wondering if I should create a mock account and see if it would let me on with that?

 did u find what was the prob with the bug that i submitted before and it still there i cant go through the pass username screen

Bug Description

I simply can't log in. It sits there after I click "Login", and says "Authenticating Account Info". After about 2-3 minutes a "cancel" button appears below.

I bought membership on Adventure Quest Worlds and there was a vip thing and I'm supposed to get member ship on hero smash to.

PS-For proof undead slayer is 2222vvvv, i can tell a admin my password on undead slayer and give billing information to

First, there is no need to tell your password. They can easily check your account without you telling it.
Second, are you sure your HS character name is 2222vvvv? It says Character not found when I look for the character page of 2222vvvv.
Third, make sure your HS character account is linked in your Master Account that you used for AQW to take advantage of the VIP status. If it was already linked, your HS character should still say its non member, since you actually didn't make a direct purchase for HS. But because of the VIP status, you should also have a green name in HS in game with all the member features, along with membership in AQW. ~Mecha

Edit: Oh,Sorry my login name was 2222vvvv, and I can't link it to my master account.

Edit: (sorry for spamming, new to forums)

I had my hero smash account linked to my other master account, and I can't unlink it.

Posts merge. Also, since the HS character was on a different account, you didn't get the VIP status. Both had to be on the same account. You also can't currently unlink your HS character from your Master Account at this time. You can read about it here. ~Mecha
