 i m gona get really mad if frostbane doesnt get buffed ! -.-" i Payed 3200 varium for that weapon that got outdated 1 month after it was there -.-" !!!!

 Think they have said returning rares will not be getting buffed. I believe that was said around the time of the Independence Release.

@sylar67: when Frostbane was first released it was the strongest weapon in the game for a long time. When it was re-released last year it was buffed to just about match up with the strongest weapons in the game. It's a level 30 weapon, and it's extremely good for people at or slightly under that level and even above 30. Level 33 and 34 items WILL be stronger than it.
As Digi and BB said returning rares don't get buffed. Frostbane is still pretty effective at level 34. I see no reason that it needs a buff. No matter how much you pay for an item, items that are a higher level should be stronger than it.

It would be nice to see the stats for the new promo weapons mirror Frostbane's. That would fill the 4 level void Frostbane leaves and it would allow everyone to use their class skills since the new weapons are class specific. Even if they make the weapons +35 damage and level 35 weapons so they take a -1 point damage reduction until the next level cap raise.

Let me get this straight, so the staff, mace, and daggers are the Frost Destroyer.
The sword is an individual wep THAT SHOULD be purchasable in-game?

I saw the picture of Nw's frost sword, and it said somewhere in will be available in promo, let me get the quote.

i hope this time that one of the promos is energy, and one is physical. the delta pack's method of having pure physical was... irratating.

so if i used the yeti special, it also uses frostbite at the same time? O.o

 Sounds like it Gold, so when your sword's drain ability has worn out, and the Yeti attacks, i guess it would apply the drain again.
