Hi, My problem doesn't seem to be listed in the DNs, and I cant seem to find the answer to it.

The problem is that I am not receiving the email at all. The newsletter isn't in my spam, nor normal email folder. Even more strange, when I try to see if my email is confirmed or not, there is a blank status. for what I mean, here's a link: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/28/aqwconfirmedemailerr2.jpg/

 i have a confirmed email address, but are not receiving the newsletter, it is not in my inbox nor is it in my spam or any other folder the only emails i can find from you guys seem to be about the original confirmation of my email address and AE offer i completed. i would like to receive a newsletter,

My email is confirmed, I added both the emails stated to my contacts, but nothing happens. No emails from AQW, and I checked my spam folder.
I don't think I've gotten an AQW newsletter in weeks/months. I might have opted out it, but I can't remember for sure. I can't find any way to opt back in for the Newsletter or check to see if I'm still supposed to get them.

wow some people are having issues and some aren't. I got mine. It must be because of the type of email.

I have done all the things that Beleen said in the design Notes but it doesn't work. I confirmed my email adress, I added the newletters to my contact, I changed my options so that authorized contacts could send me an email and I even did a new email adress but even this one didn't receive the news letter or the gem message.

Is it enough informations or did I give you everything you needed?

Has anyone tried using Gmail for their account? It's wonderfully fast and I got my email pretty soon after last release. Try G-Mail!

just like everyone else, i dont even receive an email from you guys at all. i recently changed my email in the account management section and still nothing.

Same problem for me, My e-mail address is confirmed and added the newsletter to my contact still no newsletter.

I recently changed my confirmed email to the one I'm using right now ( because I don't check the old one anymore ). I haven't received the newsletter yet for my new email but it got sent to the old email( I already changed my email by then). I tried clicking the link for the power gem in the old email but it doesn't work anymore. Is it still possible to receive the newsletter in the new email I'm using right now? ^_^'

I still haven't got power gem email,nothing in dn works.Maybe it's because aqw didn't type my confirmed address right cause when I clicked the confirmed email address in aqw account,it opened a tab for composing email with the wrongly typed email address of my but aqw,df,hs,aq3d and my portal accounts all got no problem sending me emails,maybe this is the problem pointing to the solution.

 Just duplicated one of your issue guys. If you have erros like "The Gem was already awarded" it is because at least one of your account was already awarded with the gem, all you can do is to unlink such account from your email then you can be able to get the gem for non-awarded accounts, then re-link your account again. I'll try to figure many errors as fast I can, thanks.

I have never received Newsletters from AQW.

Changed email id in the past from one yahoo account to another yahoo account it didn't work.When they said about power gems changed to gmail account still didn't get Newsletters

It shows Confirmed

Please Help....I want Power Gem(s)

 Hey yea, I've done everything listed on the DN's to try and fix the issue. No change. I got every non-power gem Newsletter before, so I don't see why I don't get this one. Please help! ^___^ -AQw, Hara Scurge

I've got the problem.
Really bad.
You're in my contacts as it's written in Dn's.
However i am not getting any email from you.
Don't know why, really. I seek emails from you and there was only 2.
That which you get when registrate acc and confirm email.
On Acc management there is confirmed status.
But even when i want to change email, to gmail i get message only on Gmail.
Not on 1st confirmed post too.
I haven't got any newsletters from you, and from battle on. Dunno why,.
Please, help.

No response? Please i need help with this.

I've got the problem.
Really bad.

You have a fake signup email or no longer have access to your signup email!
You will have to verify ownership of the account for us to update your email. It is best to always give us a real email and confirm your email when creating a new account so you can verify account ownership. If you do not have access to your signup email, please first try and contact your email provider to regain access. If you are unsuccessful, then we will have to verify account ownership before we can change your signup email.

I Change My confirmed yahoo email now i dont have access to my old yahoo email which is my character is confirmed to can u change my email

oky this is my problem, i change the mail confirmed, i can go inside of my old mail (bloked problem) i have a new one now (is confirmed), but i not have the newsletter i serch in spam and junk box and nothing, please tell me what you need if this have a solution, forgive me my inlgish is little.

I've literally done EVERYTHING listed in the DN about the Power Gem issue, and I still do not have the newsletter. I've changed my email twice and even checked all the previous emails I had confirmed with my character. So, what is wrong? By the way, I changed from Gmail to Yahoo and then back to Gmail.

 Well i opened it up today an i recoeved the email on friday so first of all i changed my email from one of my spam mails to a more reliable email, then i noticed newsletter was in spam email and after i clicked link it said offer expired or already claimed i know for sure i have not claimed it so i dont know what to do please help!! My username is Megalock10 thanks!
