^ was it suggested before the thoughts on Omega or during?? coz it doesn't make sense if you still repair broken items with varium and u can upgrade unbroken items with credits. agree??

reparing broken weapons should be another varium only feature since you can get the actual weapon in the shop in omega, so if it stays as a varium only feature it would make sense for a varium player to spend varium on something that they get free from drops and a discount to repair it but doesn't have a OP effect in battle.

@trizz. but broken items are drops from winning battles. why not make broken items a little bit cheaper to upgrade since u can get this from a hard fought fight. makes more sense to me.

They are broken varium items that you are getting for a discount since you are paying less varium for them than you would if you were to buy then from the shops. That is why the staff said no to making it a credit option before.

Well having repair prices ranging from 2500 to 4500 Credits won't be so bad , wouldn't it ?

@mother. so its confirmed, it was suggested before the thoughts on omega.

but now, everyting will change. we can now purchase varium weapons using credits. isn't it just right to repair broken weapons with credits also??

@lordaegis nah the price is too low 750 varium worths more than that, it will need to cost atleast 30-35k credits.

@Triz
But majority of the weapons have lower prices ( 14k as average ) , and not flaming here but what's the point of repairing a weapon when you can buy it in a cheaper price?

@ lord

The weapons themselves cost varium and credits not just credits, or varium. Plus even though they are removing the varium gap varium is still worth more then credits. 300 credits =/= 300 varium.

@Mother
Yes , i agree that Varium > Credits , but i saw G00NY's video of Item Customization , and the Cred-and-Var priced items are sold by either Credits or Varium , so if that's official , then repair price should be lower.

@above no it is still not official, it was a preview
if credit side of varium weapons/features are easy to get and cheap, who would bother getting varium?

@above, i would have to disagree with you in this one. there's still a lot of use for varium and not just for weapon ugrade and/or repair. as i have posted before, quick weapon upgrade, hairstyles, house, promotional package, do i need to name all of them???

on topic, i really don't think my suggestion will be accepted that easily. i just posted it coz i don't see the point of repairing a broken weapon using varium only, when you can buy that weapon from a shop using either credit or varium option. hope this makes sense.

Because it will cost cheaper to repair broken weapon with Varium than if you bought it with Varium. Unless you wanna use Credits then neither.

@kaiseryeux21 so you want 995 varium items to be availabe for anyone if you pay with 2.5k credits? just look at the charbinger items, they are expensive in credits but because they are varium items, if varium items were made cheaper for credit users who would bother spending varium? promo packages are different, with omega you can choose to buy the new promo or not because every other promo you have purchased before can be upgraded to your current level, so 10k varium can really last for 6 months or longer and with you enjoying it at the same time, so if broken items can be fixed with a credit option then it has to be something that you cannot earn within a day of play, just like class change it costs 900 var to change but costs 50k credits, it will not be impossible to get that amount of credits, and also increase the value of varium,
quote:

weapon upgrade, hairstyles, house,

there is already a super awesome credit house that you can easily get with a good build and frequent play, weapon upgrade is getting cheaper in omega ranging from 2.5-5.5k credits(thats not a insane and impossible amount is it?), and there is also lots of cool credit only hairstyles like the frost reaper, dravax and beast rider heads. do i need to explain more?

wow, too late for you to say that trizz. i did changed my suggestions. not lowering the credit price for broken weapon but to have a credit option for broken items. if you want to look at my char page (just type loyti) you can see there that my armour is harbringer husk which costs 28k credits, and a rare aux made by you cost 35k credits. i think its pretty clear that i can afford to buy weapons with credits right?? not to mention had a 21 enhancements all by credits on 4 gears.

and i dont care about houses, or hairstyles. im a low profile player who makes things with little fanfare, little flashy everything cerebral.

Since broken weps are basically a luxery it should remain for Var only.

I support this idea, because when a varium tries to repair a weapon, he has to pay only the varium amount ¿right?

But ¿why not put the credits option? we would still have to pay the varium to credits price, i dont really see the problem here
