Bug Description
From time to time i get kicked from epicduel, but then i close the window and just login again like nothing ever happened.
It keeps giving me a little heart-attack every single time, and it already happened 10 times now.

One time i also contacted the Help team, and they said they do not see me on the banned player list, so it must be some kind of bug

Error Message
Admin: You are being kicked from Epicduel

Problem Can Be Consistently Reproduced
It does happen occasionally but i cannot reproduce it whenever i want

Nope, last time was yesterday and this is what i did:
Logged in
Bought Omega Founder package
Looked at inventory
BAM kicked from ED

Didnt said a single letter to anyone since my starting location is my private House.

hmm, i don't see others complaining, try clearing your cache and cookies, maybe re-install your browser or there is a bug with your ED character file.

Cleared my cache, delete my cookies.
But i dont know how to re-install my browser.

Hmm...

I played EpicDuel for 3 hours to test this and nothing happened. It could be something with your Internet connection. Reboot it and see what happens.

Also, try using other browsers.

Done re-installing.

I doesnt happen when i play for a long time, just occasionally.
Sometimes i go for a daily so i play the whole day so like 15 hours, and then i dont get kicked or anything.
But yesterday i was only for 2 minutes and Bam, kicked.

If it was something with my internet connection i should only get the ''Connection Lost' sign, not 'Admin: You are being kicked from ED'.

It happened on Internet Explorer and also on Google Chrome so i think that it has something to do with what Trizz said 'my ED character file' or something.

I don't think so...

I would get it in the past and all I would do was refresh and nothing would happen...
Sometimes I would reboot the computer and the Internet connection.

What kind of Internet connection do you use?
Is it wireless or a wire connection?

If its a wire connection, unplug the wire from your computer and wait for a while and connect it again.

I have a wireless connection.

And i always have Spotify on when i play ED, and Spotify stops playing songs when i lost connection.
And that was never the case, so it cannot be my internet connection.

This happens sometimes to me too, not often at all with no obvious pattern. Lasts for a while then stops. I just dont care really :/

Same thing happens to me as arthropleura. It's been a while since it's happened, but it does happen sometimes. However, the rate at which this occurs is extremely rare.

it happened to me a while but there was a specific location in my case (mirv outpost) and like you i also tried a lot of things but at the end i changed my browser from poera and mozilla to chrome
so u should try this if it could help you because now i don't get the message

 Hey Sr. Zeph,

If you could take a screenshot of the notice every time you see it, that would be great! Please also mention exactly what you were doing at the time of these unprecedented kicks as well, as it may help narrow down the cause of the issue. You should not be seeing this notice unless your account has been found in violation of some game rule by an in-game moderator, but I suppose there are other possible cases in which this issue would occur. Since you appear to have already confirmed from the Help Desk that your account has not been snagged by a green or gold name... this may be a bug.

Regarding your incomplete Bug Post Template, I would also appreciate it if you could specify your Flash Player version and your OS (Operating System):

1. To learn how to find your current Flash version, click this link and read what is displayed in step two in that link under "Your Flash Player Version."

2. Operating Systems include but are not limited to Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8.

Thats what your site says Eventus

But i dont really think you actually need a screenshot because
The whole screen suddenly goes black (same as when you lost connection) and then a little bar (red) on the top and it says:
'ADMIN: YOU ARE BEING KICKED FROM ED'

As for what i did (last time):
Logged in
Bought Omega Founder Promo pack
Looked at inventory (to see if i got the weps and yetis)
Bam, kicked from ED.

Please keep us up-to-date with the other information I requested:

  • a screenshot of the notice every time you see it
    • for every screenshot, precise descriptions of what you were doing at the time of these unprecedented kicks
    Edit: I see you ninja'd in that edit. Alright, the screenshots are not entirely necessary at this point if they truly are the only kick notices you're seeing, but please still continue to keep us up-to-date on what you are doing when you get these notices. Thanks again!

    I have just bought 5000 Varium, and I just clicked buy and the purchase has been made with the Artix Points but I got kicked!
    A red pop up message appeared at the top saying something like
    ADMIN: EPICDUEL has kicked your player or I think it's something like ADMIN: EPICDUEL HAS KICKED YOU FROM THE SERVER
    I don't know the exact message, as I was really not reading it, and the message disappeared after 3-4 Seconds.

    I though something might be wrong with my account or something, but I don't know.
    I am not sure what the message is as it disappeared after couple of seconds.
    I would like the Bugs Team to investigate this please.

    		 Hello Fahim,

    I have merged your report thread with another similar/identical case. It seems to me that the only thing in common thus far between the cases is that both of you purchased a varium package before the kicks began, so I've made note of that for the developers. We will try to look into what might be causing this issue as soon as we can—if anyone knows of anyone else experiencing these kick messages (i.e. "ADMIN: You are being kicked from EpicDuel"), please keep the reports coming in to confirm the cause!

    1. To confirm, which package exactly did you purchase? What did you use your keys for?

    2. Did you successfully receive everything you purchased? (i.e. the fund and items)

    3. How often are you receiving these kicks? Approximately how many times has this happened?

    4. Have you been kicked before your purchase, or have they only begun happening after your purchase?

    5. Do they happen while in any other character in that same account, or just the one with the purchased goods?

    Fahim, if you would, I would appreciate it if you could answer the same questions as well. In the meantime, the developers have been notified of these unprecedented kicks, so it will hopefully be looked into and resolved quickly. I should that that on account of it being the holidays and quite nearly the inception of Omega, however, it might take a teeny bit longer than usual to get to it, so we really appreciate your patience!

    Again, if you think of anything else that may bear significance to your reported issue, please do not hesitate to add it in.

    		 This will also occur if you try to multi log onto one account. maybe that is the problem?
