First thing to remember is that you only have 140 characters per tweet, thus you probably have to do multiple tweets in order to present your entire concept.
Second you go to the Twitter page of the person you're sending the Tweet to, there's a box where you can start sending your messages so that it reaches that person.

Geez, why do you do multiple tweets when you can write every info in the description of Picture when you use Deviantart? :F

Looks nice :) You should make more detailed sword and put some metal plates on his cloth and it will be great ^^ Yes you can put a link into the description, it will work :P

I was thinking of a music based character too, as I play the flute. But a flute is pretty time consuming to draw... maybe I'll start now.

Lol shush Its drawn diagonally on a peice of paper, if I had the room it would've had both legs. Actually, both legs are there, one is under the Skirt thing.

I question the horns. Plus, he needs his other wing :3
As of now, he seems a meld of light and darkness, not light and water... perhaps he needs something to tie him closer to the aqua element, rather than the darkness.
