Even if its different, its not a excuse another may cost more and be OP.
I myself use the armor to as you can see on my char page, because it is OP.
It needs a nerf, just like BMs need a nerf.

But now were talking about PP so i support the friend of mother1, make it blockable.

I still think energy costs would be better.

Or if it was block-able then I agree with your idea sir zeph make it so that the rage draining effect cant be blocked, just the attack.
