Now there's a thought: use a level 3 Lightning Master.
Optimum first hand:
Energize, 5-Attack, Storm, Storm, any card

Optimum fight:
Boss: 8-18 damage, 19/19
You: Charge -- 7
Boss: Charge, 19/19
You: Energize+any card, Storm -- 11 (?)
Boss: Charge, 14/19
You: Storm, 5-Attack -- 2
Boss: Charge, 0/19.

Maybe?

I've done a ton of boss fights now with my level 3 pony. So far, I've beaten both Witchblade and Vergil. Still not any closer to nabbing Stormy though.

No you can't. He's only found in the Nightmare Dungeon.

EDIT: Nope. He's a boss. He's only in the boss room.

Welcome to the hunt!
diaper-Rev is in the Nightmare Dungeon, super common.
Goblin's hanging with the Zard Trio. Easy to catch.
And Storm Knight is the hardest, most difficult to encounter new OP dungeon boss in Nightmare.
...Nulgath has apologized for this and has promised to nerf all the bosses soon-ish.

Good to hear, but I hope Nulgath makes them tougher again once Artifacts and stats are out.

If people are going to rage about it when Artifacts and Stats are out, then I'll laugh. This IS a strategy game, it becomes more strategic when Artifacts and Stats are ready alongside CC.
