I was looking at the voting polls this morning and Dragonknight was going up pretty well, but now he lost 4%. O_o
Hang in there Dragonknight!

I guess I'll be looking for Queen Aegis in the middle mountains, but I'm unsure whether it's wise for me use Taro to hunt her knowing she has some good defense.

I'm at work on my break so I'll most likely look for her later.

hi there guys a long time ago isn't it?.

but about the contest are there 4 new chars or 2 . like 2 chars for art and 2 chars for story , or 1 for art and 1 for story?

 I kind of want Laken's character to win or Migo's it has a really interesting design as for story, honestly it seems like Mondez is just going to win in that section

553 votes already on the backstory section and the art section has over 900 votes?! I just got back from an 8 hour work and a 1 hour drive home, I didn't realize how fast the votes accumulated.

I was feeling nostalgic so I read the BRT XVI and they were talking about Ice being OP and BD being super powerful. . .has the game changed in this aspect? What are your thoughts

BD is powerful at lower levels but at higher levels he becomes weak to any enemy with shields.

Ice is maybe a little to strong, too much defense that you either need alot of pierce cards or alot of high dmg cards to beat them.

But BD still has the same ferocious power. Wouldn't it go through shields easily?

I agree, Ice is still menacing >.>

It seems that BD isn't all that powerful compared to what it was back in the days and Ice obviously got challenged here and there. All in all, I think the two topics are just nerfed versions of their former selves I suppose.

Out the blue idea for the next character contest

The top five from contest 2 can't make it into the top 5 in contest 3

That way people who haven't won in the past have a better chance to win the next time

I do like fairness, but overall I can't even be sure that if I win that I would make it into the finals into the next contest so sorry I don't support your idea.

Everyone has the right to win especially those that one the previous contest.

Well that's what I'm saying
No matter how good of an entry the top 5 from contest 2 should not be allowed into the top 5 of contest 3

Every year they do artprize this whole big art contest around GR and the finalists from the previous year are not even allowed to enter the following year as to let others have a shot at glory

What I'm saying is we don't need artists like migo and Drakon dominating the contests

It would be fair to everyone who didn't make it into the finals

I feel that it wouldn't be fair for those two if they were exempt from the next contest plus they aren't even staff so they should have the right to participate because they work as hard as everyone else.

Everyone especially previous art winners have all worked hard on their artwork, if they are exempt in the next contest then it's not fair to them because they work just as hard as everyone else.

@Cyber: Why not just become better than them? I always like the challenge and if the best aren't there, then winning means nothing to me. That is how I see it at least

@below: Then they deserved to win. Simple.

And Monk is not appearing ahhhhh!

If they win? They win. It doesn't matter because as I said before, they earned that win.

If I won this backstory contest and the next one, would you exempt me from the 4th contest? I wouldn't be happy because I worked hard in improving my writing styles and I thought my hardwork was wasted if I was barred from the 4th contest.

I can't imagine Migo and Drakon be happy in being barred from the next contest.

Wow my favourite apprentice has appeared 34 times in a row now. If only this happened when I was actually looking for him back when I didn't have Shadowdance. I know, it is hard to imagine because I feel like I had that character in my inventory since the day I created this account!

I don't know what is harder to find, Monk or the rare beasts during their time? ._.

I found Monk fairly easy.. Of course, due to my excessive laziness, I used a Soul Gem for the guaranteed possession.

@Scherzo: Want to know something? Monk was the first character I found when I searched for him in the cave. I was like WOW! a Monk already?!? I failed to capture, but I thought he was easy to find based on that. . . .I think I am being punished for my false assumptions

Finding Monk for me wasn't as I expected and as soon as I found him, I used an SG.
