Wait I thought water would be the next CC the fire,earth, and lightening CCs all coexisted. Water left before them. Correct?

Water CC was released before fire, energy and earth CC. In other words, this week CC rotation will be water and fire CC.

@The Jop: Don't mind it, I should have made my thoughts clearier, and you did no harm. Rather I'm interested in the upholder character's element, would be cool to see some crazy dual element like earth with light, energy with dark, or even a chaos character would fit.

Indeed, but even if it is a Gold Dragon, I wouldn't want him to be Light element only, waiting for some really cool character. I mean, we could have him being Light and Fire, or maybe Light and Water. Would be cool to see such dual elements.

Unfortunately, I am afraid he will be pure light otherwise why would he be call Gold Dragon? ;) Still, it will be worth to see him being a dual element but I won't have high expectation of that.

Why is it that sometimes the enemies die when they have 25 hp left? Just wondering.

Edit: Just auto killed a foe when it had 140 hp left!

Gold dragon could be light and lightning that would interesting to have high power and the ability to heal.

What energy cards would it have, charged, surge, chain lightning? Retribution is better than chain lightning but you can have both like Mana Guardian.

You're right. I was going off the Wiki and it had the wrong dates, but I corrected them. It said June 12th instead of July for the Fire and Light series for whatever reason.

Give its surges instead of might. I can't really think of anything else right now though. A dual element card that adds 200 damage and does 500 damage cost 2 energy and 3 light.

Is 50 damage for three turns the only 3 hit DOT?

Almost definitely, he wouldn't add several DoTs with a chance to activate after 3-hit combos. Too luck based.

Yeah. If Queen Aegea isn't the best character in the game then it's close and if Ancient Shogun isn't the worst Legendary then it's close.

That's a matter of opinion.

darkknight skull: I feel as if temporary boosts are a waste unless you're planning to go the full 500%+. I'd much rather suggest investing in the permanent ones even if it means buying one or two at a time.

With the Aegea vs. Shogun argument, Aegea definitely wins. She's got a great deck and is insanely good in PvP when compared to Shogun.

For the card "Burn," do you do 600 DoT for 3 turns or do 600 damage after 3 turns? From the descriptions, it sounds like it does 600 DoT for 3 turns, but the cost is too cheap for that so I'm wondering...

Also, is it a bug that sometimes the enemy die automatically when they have low health?

Burn is 600 damage over 3 turns, or 200 damage per turn for 3 turns. Characters with low health automatically dieing is a bug, it's happened to me several times.

1800 damage for 3 energy would be pretty awesome lol. Burn's still a nice card though, and it's quietly just as efficient as Poison, Shatter, and Corruption. I think I prefer Fire Whirl though, which makes up for its slightly lesser efficiency by saving hand space since both its cost and benefit are scaled higher and hand space is important for Fire characters because Incinerate uses up three cards. Granted, Burn's still nice on the characters it comes with, but I'd rather CC Fire Whirl.

Yeah, fire characters aren't defensive enough to make good use of low damage, efficient DoTs. They're made for taking the enemy out quickly even if it takes a lot of energy.

Yes I quite agree! Speaking of elements with currently available packs, what sort of CC's would you recommend for Water characters?

@TFP I think they need more Healing Springs, it's such a good card, more efficient than Renew and it easily fits in with a Power Flow or a Water Crash so that and maybe a Renew for Aqueous, it's a nice bonus on top of the shields you play.
EDIT: It also mostly covers up a Sacrifice.

I don't like spending too much on Water CCs since I get poor cards, but sadly I really need some of the CC cards in there for the water characters I want to train >.<
