Resonance is not really too hard. To win against her is to use some characters that have good defense and offense. Ice, Neutral, Light and Earth are the best element against a DoT character like Resonance.

If you're a high level ice character you'll probably be overwhelmed by DoTs. At low levels it's easier, though still difficult because every turn you spend putting up shields she spends adding DoTs.

I think I killed her with my Minotaur, and it wasn't too hard so just keep using instant damage and Dots to bring her down.

Ice characters aren't great with DoTs though; they just stall and Resonance becomes more powerful the longer her opponent stalls.

@ Jop Do you put any extra CCs on her? Her deck seems perfect as it is, but I still die pretty quickly while applying DoTs. Level 16 :I

She's easier to beat at lower levels I beat here with a level 3 bill hunter. At higher levels she can do more dots before you beat her.

My priority of which cards to use first is defense, electric arc, storm, and then 500 attack, if that helps. I also usually keep a 500 attack in my hand to discard with energize and I never discard a DoT or energize. I only use a 200 attack if it finishes off the opponent, or to break through iron hide, otherwise I discard it because her energy can be used for better cards.

I used my level 6 Volt Engineer when I first found and caught her. She only managed to.get only two dot's on me.

Yeah, at low levels with an offensive character she's no problem. That's what you should use if you're having a problem using a higher level defensive character.

^Same here! It took me a while to encounter her, but I possessed her on my first try (and even skipped a few turns because I was watching a movie).

Unfortunately, I am luckier than you 2 because in my 3rd battle in Nightmare Dungeon, I encountered Resonance and captured her 1st try. But still, congratz on getting her in 1st try.

I had been waiting till the day DFR will be release in OS soon. I just really can't wait anymore though I have to be a bit more patient. At least I have stuff to keep me really busy so I won't feel impatient.

I haven't tried out the character yet. The deck looks decent though. Lots of DoTs.

Resonance looks like a great counter for Queen Aegea.
Since queen aegea can drag on a match for a pretty long time. So, Resonance's DoTs can run its full course.
Resonance's Dots are every defencive character's nightmare.
