In case you lose the 'winner vs you', there will be another 'winner vs you', making it a total of 5.
If you win first, 4.

I'm not sure whether this tournament is organized to have a second final in the event that the player who won via the upper bracket loses, but I forfeited any second chance that may or may not exist, so either way there shall only be one final match.

Okay cool.

As it stands the only current match is Beck vs. clinton.
Then [Winner of Beck vs. clinton] vs. Resk
Then [Winner of Beck/clinton vs. Resk] vs. moroii
Then [Winner of Beck/clinton/Resk vs. moroii] vs. TFP

Awesome! Just the finals left. Good luck to you both, Clinton and TFP!

So there was some confusion last time, so this time, here's how the finals are going to work, explained:

Clinton and TFP play a match (and as always, first person to win 2 battles in a row wins the match). Then:
If TFP wins, he's declared the winner.
If Clinton wins, then they have to play another match. Whoever then wins that match wins overall.

This follows the rules that every player must lose twice to be considered eliminated, and TFP has not lost a match yet.

If this tournament follow the double elimination format, why didn't Axel get a second match last time?

Because we already broke out the "Yay, Clinton wins!" Banner, so we went with it that way.

Well there're no justice issues to worry about anyways since no second match was necessary, I won 3-2. Either way, clinton has quite the awesome build and those Empower combos were a force to be reckoned with.

Win 1
Win 2
Win 3 (by only 266 HP, it took some luck to win without the initiative, I started at 14 charge with Petrify when he was at 19 charge to stunt his energy and then charged again the next turn, interestingly I did it before but it didn't always work out because clinton's attacks were so powerful, this time it did)

My CC's for that match were 3 Mountain Strikes and 2 Stone Walls, simple but pretty solid.

@TFP Wow, you are the winner! My CC of like 3 Mountain Strike, 1 Earthquake, and a Neutral 525 is apparently too offensive.I'll still stick to it though.
EDIT: You're both using Minotaur too!I'm glad other people like playing with it, very fun.

Yeah that's exactly the CC I had earlier on though before Hendrik. o_O The defence can be a real lifesaver though since it does its thing immediately where MS has a delay.

EDIT: And yes :D I didn't realize Minotaur had a 13 deck until very late and bought a Minotaur and trained it to 20 while waiting for the lower bracket to be resolved. I didn't even have a Minotaur until the final match. xD
