<Character>: Alright...this sounds like the place described in the scroll. I can see a lot of monsters in there.
<Character>: Are you ready <Dragon>?
*Your dragon nods.*
<Character>: Then let's go!
*You fight your way through various monsters as you approach the resting place of the Tear.*
<Character>: Wow that's beautiful.
<Character>: Go on <Dragon>.
<Dragon>: I don't like this. It's not even guarded?
<Character>: I'm going to just assume all those other monsters were guarding it.
<Dragon>: Something tells me that's not the case.
???: You have come in search of that which has been hidden.
*The Elemental Guardian of the Tear appears before you.*
Aquav'rin: Why have you done this?
<Character>: The power of the orbs has been lost and with it a source of power we need to defend the world.
Aquav'rin: Why?
<Character>: What do you mean?
Aquav'rin: You claim to wish only to use this power to protect the world, but great power can corrupt even the purest of intentions.
<Character>: <Dragon> and I have already unlocked this power for several of the other elements.
<Character>: Being able to attune to this element was impossible before now because we had lost the Water Orb.
Aquav'rin: So you wish for <Dragon> to be allowed to attune with the Tear of the Water Lord?
<Character>: Yes. It would greatly help in the battles to come.
Aquav'rin: Before I allow this you must face me in battle. Only after seeing your spirit flow in battle will I truly know your intentions.
Battle! - begins battle with Aquavrin and 2 Water Elementals.
Heal - fully replenishes HP, MP, and potions.
Run Away! - returns to Sunbreeze Grove (Book 3).
Aquav'rin: Stay your weapon, I have seen enough.
Aquav'rin: You truly do wish to do what you can to help. <Dragon>, you may approach and do what you came for.
*Aquav'rin moves to allow your dragon to resonate with the Tear. Both the Tear and your dragon glow cyan as sparks fly, establishing a connection.*
Aquav'rin: Now you have what you require.
<Character>: Thank you.
Aquav'rin: I would ask only one thing more of you. Do not reveal the resting place of the Tear.
<Character>: I promise.
*You and your dragon leave the cavern and return to Sunbreeze Grove.*
Elysia: <Character>, how did it go? Did you succeed?
<Character>: Yes, we did. It took a lot and we had to face down one of the most powerful elementals I've ever seen...
<Character>: ...but we now have the power we need.
Elysia: You met an elemental guardian?
Elysia (thinking): I know the scrolls talked about them, but I never would have thought one was actually there. That it really existed.
Elysia: I would have loved to meet it. The things it must know... but we have more important things to do right now.
Elysia: <Dragon> should now be able to wield the power of primal water.
Elysia: Talk to me again and I will make the changes occur.
