Reduce energy cost from +20energy every level to +15energy every level and starting energy 125 or 120 on grenades
dex and tech scaleing buff from +10dmg for every 4dex or tech to +10dmg for every 3.5dex or tech

Actually IIRC they just reduced the cost of the grenades not too long ago. However, a buff to the scaling of damage actually be a good thing due to how weak they are damage wise even if they are grantee damage.

The damage scaling per stat is probably the most important buff needed here.
