it's impossible to win a juggernaut battle against 2 lvl 34s at least, I understand how juggernaut isn't suppose to be easy,
but I think it should be like not easy nor hard, like make a lvl 40 battle like against 2 lvl 30s, I really badly want to play juggernaut again
But I can't when it's too hard

I support this:
lvl40 vs 30-32
I will agree lvl34 in battle automatic lose.
lvl33 90% chance to lose
32 is the high end for lvl40 jugs
30 is the low end for lvl40 jugs
which this the mode is restored
