IIRC Rabble said himself that if that bot was to get a buff in the percent it cleanses than the Azreal borg would also have to get the same buff so they can counter each other effect wise.

Though to be honest I see the Assault bot being used among lower level players more than higher levels due to the Cleanse effect being more useful to them there than it would be at higher levels.

The azrael bot inflicts damage and grants rage. Not only that, but it negates shields and there is no debuff skill that debuffs as hard as a shield buffs. The bot itself also does more damage than the Assault Bot.
Asymmetry is present in the effect already, having asymmetry in the percentages would not be a bad thing. This is an example of them taking "balance" into consideration without actually looking at the full picture, resulting in imbalance.

Assault bot needs a damage buff and a side effect for cleanse debuff like +30energy or +30hp depending on the overall robot dmg thats just the lowest possible numbers something in the means of :
cleanse 65% but recovers % of your current hp like 5%

I'm so glad someone else said this, because I've been saying the exactly same thing for the past 2 years.

Assault bot should at least have independent cooldowns on its special and attack, or a damage buff, because they are ridiculously unusable.

I still see the bot used at lower levels by some players seeing as at those levels debuffs are actually more potent than at higher levels. What may work well for one level may not work so well at lower levels.

the Hawk bot is a good example of this. At higher level it works well due to people having armor points, but at lower levels it's special is trash due to the lack of armor points. a

I would agree with you if there weren't skills that were immune to heart attack on the skill trees. Plasma, Mineral, and Hybrid armor all have immunity to this skill where as Cleanse doesn't have this issue.
