If you win or you lose do you get them? I'm assuming it's if you win.

 Aye. War Rallies double the drop rate of them (if you win), as well as double their damage. What I did was stockpile these Bombs, up until I get 10, and keep using one normal so I can get more drops - hopefully Super Bomb - and then wait until the Rally. Somehow reached 5K Influence, despite being limited on time; after work / an hour or two during weekends.

It is only from wins. However, the commander core gives a 100% drop chance for bombs.

 One of the hardest bosses in ED? OWNED!

It took four retrains, but I finally beat Katherax...with full HP XD As a level 37 BH too! Stomped all over the poor Captain with the same build ;3

Now, if only I could do the same to Titan and Lionhart >.>

Lionhart boss > Katherax and Pirate captain.

I didn't even have to retrain my build to beat either of them. unlike with the Lionhart boss where only a few builds work.

Yep, Lionhart's chain is obviously much harder. However DeathGuard did say that Katherax was meant to be 'one of the hardest bosses in game', so I'm still pretty pleased. That being said, it wasn't actually hard per se, given that it had no passives and a predictable attack pattern.

 Saeva Lionhart is god compared to these new bosses lol. I'm happy lower level players stand a chance against them, I helped a level 31 TLM defeat both of them.

EDIT: Now would be a good time to see if I can do it on my level 29 TM, I'm sure I can do it.

now, isnt it much better? many gets frustrated with lionhart because of their class or build and needs to be at a higher level, it isnt exactly fair, but the new bosses allow a wider range of players to participate rather than specific group of players.

@Mother1 and SSM: This boss was designed for classes that couldn't loop as much with energy. Still, damage was quite high from the moves of Kartherax and it is because it didn't require looping that I enjoyed a lot the fight with the newest boss. It was a change of pace, from previous bosses that deal high damage only with energy. Kartherax was pretty much stronger without requiring to use energy. Also the animations done by Korin were pretty awesome as well. I'm actually excited to learn to animate that way. But regardless, glad you're pleased Magician. I wonder if Mother1 is pleased too.

Legion has a War Rally, started like 2 minutes ago.

 What DeathGuard said, although there was some unnecessary hyping on their part - not always a good idea, because people see things differently. Again, sorry for those who expected Saeva-level Boss, which was not my intention either, when writing out the missions.

With that being said, any class should be able to beat them. Even L31 TLMs apparently. Only obstacle ends up being Tuna, but she can be beaten at L30-32 as well (some say that at least, I know Merc can easily, and Bionic said TLMs can too). It's an event geared towards higher level players, albeit not necessarily L40 only. Hunter missions are coming next week for lower level players, and it's all here to stay, so no worries about not making it in time to finish the missions. It gives you something to look forward to.

Does anybody knew about this Ishmael character? He is in game right now but the devs didn't mentioned him in the release with no info in design notes. Wonder what purpose does he serve in the story line and there's no doubt hes eventually going to be challenge able along with Thalyssa in the near future have no doubts about that.

Ishmael was originally made by me to be a filler character(vendor), not really necessary to the story arc, however there would be little bits of contents(missions by the guest writers) and information released for him next week and possibly play a larger role in the future(hunting the slumbering ancient possibly?).
