Waves of Wrath Aftermath

You may have defeated the pirates, but there's still loot to be had! Experience a new supplemental mission chain from Ishmael the Treasure Hunter to unearth the Naval Yard's hidden bounty!

The War Continues!

After one week the Naval Yard war is still underway and at this point both sides look to have an equal chance of seizing control. I mean...the winner gets a whole pirate ship! How awesome is that? Also, the top prize is a fully color custom version of Captain Shoggoth's armor! Awesome!

NEW CHANGES/FEATURES:
  • Treasure Hunter Mission Chain
    • 7 new missions available at Ishmael

  • New Saber Swords
    • 18 Saber Swords
    • Available with prize codes only

  • Additional Naval Yard Screen

BALANCE CHANGES:
  • Kartherax's Darkspawn
    • Standard Attack changed from Blockable to Deflectable to match the animation more closely

BUGS FIXED:
  • Mission item "Toxic Water" was appearing behind a turret, making it difficult to claim
  • Kartherax's Claws renamed to Breath of Kartherax

 Yes there are Energy and Physical swords albeit all of them look like energy swords

 So far I have 3 of them, and theyre all Energy. Violet, Purple, and Antimatter. :)

Players did say they like a mix of PvP, Search and NPCs, so... we put all three together, with a reasonable amount of each. Credits were also highly desired by many, thus the focus on Credit rewards (+ it's a Treasure Hunt of sorts). :p

Lol, Ishmael is a funny guy. Enjoyed the missions, too! The only problem was getting those 7 wins, facing a lot of level 40s now that I've reached 38 :-(

 the new bot have 190 of damage, a special really useful, and now is unblocable.. due things like this discursion about balance is useless, basicly the devs choice what will be overpowered and underpowered and the reason is " we want, we can, we do" instead mathematic logic.

 I took a look at the AQW Design notes and found this:

Complete the event and link your game accounts on the Portal to unlock the OmniKnight Blade in all 7 games


So we are having something new to do this friday in ED, Probably a new mission chain pvp until the drop and Play all the AE Games so we can unlock the blade for ED Too.
