Well, farming in Ice Cave takes a long while. I have been trying to make Frost Dragon spawn during 4 hours already and just Ice Queens, Barbarians, Frost Voids and the Ice nomads.
I think farming in Cellar is the best way since the monsters tend to be weaker than just having to pierce through the damn shields in the Ice Cave ;-;

@DeathGuard
I would do that, if it didn't cost so much SGs. Why buy 20 lifetime and 20 one week boosts though? Do they also stack with each other?
I only plan to buy a few SGs, oooorrr... If AQ doesn't have anything appealling on its Z-Token Packages, I may buy 250 SGs at once. But If I buy 20 life time, that would costs me 240 SGs...

@Zeldax: In the long term, you spent less in boosts if you buy 20 lifetime boosts and then keep buying 20 week boosts each week.
In 12 weeks/3 months, you will start spending more than you should be spending and I suppose you want to save as much as possible. At first, it may seem more expensive but it turns to be a lot cheaper. Take a look to my next calculations.

Calculations:
  • 1st case will be represented by "a)" in which you buy week boosts instead of lifetime boosts
  • 2nd case will be represented by "b)" in which you buy the 20 lifetime boosts and just buy 20 week boosts each week.

    1st Month:
    a)40 SGs= 40 Week Boost
    40 x 4 (weeks) = 160 SGs
    Total= 160 SGs

    b) 12 SGs= 1 Lifetime Boost
    12 x 20 boosts= 240 SGs
    20 x 4 = 80 SGs
    Total= 320 SGs

    2nd Month
    a)40 SGs= 40 Week Boost
    40 x 4 (weeks) = 160 SGs
    Total= 160 SGs

    b) 12 SGs= 1 Lifetime Boost
    20 x 4 = 80 SGs
    Total= 80 SGs

    3rd Month:

    a)40 SGs= 40 Week Boost
    40 x 4 (weeks) = 160 SGs
    Total= 160 SGs

    b)20 SGs = 20 Week Boost
    20 x 4 = 80 SGs
    Total= 80 SGs

    Lets make some totals now:
    a) 160 x 3= 480 SGs for 3 months of 4x EXP/Gold
    b)320 + 80 + 80= 480 SGs for 3 months of 4x EXP/Gold

    Until now, the sums are the same but what after other 3 months?
    a) 160 x 3= 480 SGs
    b) (You don't have to pay for the lifetime boosts so it is minus from the 320)
    80 + 80 +80= 240 SGs

    You save 240 SGs every 3 months( 80 SGs every month) if you take my advice. The SGs you save will help you buy more boosts in the future or even use it for evolutions you want.

    And to answer your question:
    quote:

    7 day / 30 day boosts do not stack; they take up 1 inventory space each. However, you can buy as many as your inventory can hold, which currently is 40 spaces.

    By stack in the quote, it means the artifact inventory it takes. That means you will have 20 Lifetime boosts(which stack) in a single slot and 39 more slots left for you to buy day/week boosts.
    I suppose that by if they stack, you meant the effect of the boost and the answer is yes, they do stack so don't worry.
    Hope my post helps you to decide. Good luck.

    In other words 20 perma boost is the best value it brings 606 fights for level 20 down to 202 and then with the 39 week boost it less than 120 fights to get level 20. My math could be a little off some feel free to double check doesn't seem like my math is correct. Worked a 8 hour day lol

    The cellar and ice cave have the same character pools, so there is no better option. It all comes down to luck.

    Don't forget Omni Knight is F2P also. It's not just the best F2P Light character but the best character in the game period.

    Also here's my list for all characters:
    Neutral: Taro
    Ice: Cosoma Titan
    Fire: Void Rebirth
    Water: Soul Wyvern
    Energy: Volt Engineer
    Earth: Great Pumpking
    Light: Omni Knight
    Shadow: Skexis

    I think queen can still beat omni in a fight.

    Its gonna be funny when skexis rank up has cruddy void reflections but it'll most likely have 3 posions and 2 death marks.

    Water: Soul Wyvern/ Year of the Horse

    Light: Bavaria Zwei, Templar, Queen Aegea, Seraphim of Ver
    Shadow: Cyber Void, Blood Ranger
    Energy: Abyssal Priest / Engineer

    Anything *can* beat anything if one player just charges until defeated, but Omni Knight is essentially a vastly upgraded Queen Aegea as it has much greater offensive potential due to SuperCharged.

    If anyone wants to test their Queen Aegea or any Light character they consider to be the best against my Omni Knight I'll gladly oblige them.

    Light hasn't had any ground breaking characters in a while though. Since this was pretty much the year of water character can next year be the year of earth?

    I think OmmiKnight will come into it's own when (or more likely IF) Elemental Resists come out, since it can hit with five elements.

    Omni Knight is no child's play, I think it is even worse than Skurge's Seraphim. Seraphim staled my Templar so badly I couldn't even heal. While with Omni I can heal, it deals consistent damage throughout intervals of 2-4 turns.
