We don't live in a day and age where everyone has access to a computer at any given time. People (in this case Faction Leaders) go on vacation, have work, have school, and it could be anywhere from hours to days before they can come back online. And a lot can happen to a faction in these hours or days. People go inactive, people leave the faction, you may need people kcked, yet the only one who can kick players is the Faction Leader himself. Im not suggesting a Faction Leader Step Down. What I am suggesting is for the Faction Leader to assign a Co-Leader who will also have the exclusive power to kick/add people. He will not be able to disband the faction, and this role only goes to 1 person if a faction leader decides to assign it to a person. By allowing the Faction leader to choose someone s/he trusts to lead the faction while they are off-line this will limit abuse (especially since the faction leader would/should choose someone s/he trusts).
