Return the old arcade system as an option with the one thats here now. That way people who want to just spin arcade can do that, meanwhile those who want to PVP for the chance to win a prize can do that too.

Maybe even a new arcade PVP system where 1 token goes as long as you continue winning. Which means with just one token you can do 200 matches if you don't lose. After each match you will have a chance of winning a random prize from any arcade system. Once you lose a match, your arcade token is up and you have to pay another to continue.
