BUGS FIXED:
  • Eteneral Enhance core correctly gives +2 to all stats
  • Mark of Azrael correctly gives +6% critical chance
  • Fixed an issue with level 1 Health/Energy being slightly lower than intended
  • Ice Shield now correctly guarantees blocks and deflections. Again. (This skill really likes breaking)
  • Character pages were not properly displaying red stars

i generally didn't like this new underdog system , i just won a hard match versus a rank 29 and i am rank 31 only 2 ranks difference and he got underdog mode level 1 . i think this is not fair to get + 1 to all attributes while the difference is only 2 ranks . but the rest like lowering damage from gun and scaling aux damage same as primary damage is good . also the lower exp and credits gain from losing is a good counter for those who bot a lot of loses to get faster credits and exp .

Got the physical blade of awe on first try thats the one i wanted!

^ Anyways, this is a reply related to the "balance" part of the patchnote that is currently here:

And the following quote is taken from there:

Effective level is now capped to 48 instead of 50 for PvP matches (since two Legendary skills only affect NPCs). This will affect matching as well as Underdog calculations.


So rank 39 versus rank 89 doesn't get the underdog mode VI (6 just in case you thought it means 5) it is underdog mode V (5) aka:

quote:

5 levels = Grants +3 to Str/Dex/Tech/Supp


Just to explain what happened, each 10 ranks equals 1 eLevel, each 1 level equals 1 elevel, from level 1 to rank 80 (100 in fact, but the last 20 ranks don't affect pvp), there are 48 eLevels.
Use eLevels next time so you don't get lost. Rank 39 player belongs to eLevel 3, rank 89 belongs to eLevel 8 (and not 9 because the 9 ranks after 80 don't count) since eLevel 8 is between 71 and 80. So the difference is 5 eLevels.

Not really, the matches nowadays depend on many things beside the direct advanatage given or taken such as:
- Class.
- Build.
- Cores. (Equipement)
- And most importantly, intelligence.
- Luck...

Underdog mode is beneficial for 5 focus builds, having the underdog mode while using support/strenght and in a second place caster TMS isn't that beneficial, since having +1 or +2 or +3 tech/dex/str while using support isn't that helpful, at best they can give +9 - 12 defense/resistance, however ranks give 30 defense/resistance, sure stats given by the underdog mode increase crit/def/block chance, but how would a support build get benefits from a deflection or a block, since it has already very low technology and dexterity.

The underdog mode can't be perfect, nor make the balance perfect, because balance will never reach perfect state, but what I do know is, the game is better now.

No wonder he's too weak . He drops what he sells , which is a bit odd IMO .

 Yep. All Artists who have a showcase planned, will get their own NPC and a Shop - as well as Missions to go with them.

 With my normal 5 focus build Its 8 Rounds. Creating an special build should take 4-5 rounds depending on the build.

The sword from this guy drops and sells for 4000 credits? Is it time limited or something? Cause the credits farm is too good. Takes me ages to make 4000 credits from pvp lol.
