It would be cool to have an option to arrange our skills in the UI. That way we could group up skills that we use the most.

 Would be cool, but would require an extra array or something of data which needs to be allotted to every single player. Given how meticulous the staff are with memory per player, I don't think it'll happen.

Also, people could line up their skills, and have some pretty "OP movesets" Have Assimilation, Battery backup in top row, have malfunction right below battery backup. Worthless skills at the bottom. Idk

My suggestion applies to the UI you have during a battle, not the actual skill tree itself.
