Brief Description: UnderDog mode is supposed to be based on your ranks. Im rank 100 yet I never purchased or equipped 3 entire categories which means I'm technically as strong as a rank 70. That also means that upon fighting individuals who are rank 1 they should not receve the bonuses they are currently receiving (+4 and +5 on stats)
Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. ...Make a rank 100
2. ... fight a rank 1
3. ... observe

 The current system is currently coded to calculate effective levels based on raw level/rank data. What that means is that it's based on characters' experience and not whether or not they're utilizing their level to the maximum -- in the case of legendary ranks not having them applied.

It's somewhat of an issue, however it isn't a bug with the system.

It's why I purchased all my slots. Didn't want to, but underdog. :/ Stupid

If it is breaking the cap then yes it is a bug but we would need a screenshot of their underdog level, your rank, and their rank to know it is actually a bug

Was talking about underdog without using slots. I.e rank 80, but only use slots up to 60
