Level: 40 rank 66
Class: Tech Mage
Server/s: Epic

Operating System: Windows 7 home premium
Browser: Chrome or IE 11
Flash Player Version: Latest
Internet Connection (wireless, high-speed, etc.): wireless


Brief Description: All low ranked players or low level players heal the same as me without having legendary mode points on heal while i have 6. And when i remove them their heal
also get reduced (NOT TALKING ABOUT CRITICAL HEAL AT ALL DON'T MISS UNDERSTAND ME)

Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. ... Be a high ranked player and put ur points on Medical Mastery
2. ... get into a battle
3. ... face a low ranked player with no legendary mode points on Medical Mastery or not enough legendary mode points or a low level player
4. ... Be amazed when he heals the same as u...

 The player in question has Critical Heal equipped onto his Armor, which boosts your Field Medic's healing by 20%, if they are under 25% of their total HP (kneeling). So, a Heal which would heal you 450 HP will heal 540 HP instead, if you're under 25% of your total HP.

oh god cant u see his normal heal!? I clicked on it and it said 495 on level 4 and mine is 495 on level 4

its like the support bug u guys tried to make me wrong but in the end u discovered that i was right the same here i never report fake bugs

i have a video not only him ill upload it soon on utube

 You will not see the boosted value if he's under 25% of his total HP. Only the player using Heal will see the boosted amount when he puts the mouse over the skill (and you will see the boosted Heal).

he wasnt kneeling when i clicked on him , he wasnt even close to 25% of his hp

Whoa calm down nawras it is just a visual bug, it shows the same amount of heal like you do but when he actually "uses" heal he wont do the mentioned amount on the skill tree.
Ranloth hes talking about Medical Mastery not critical heal. Aint you level 40 yet?
