ENERGY PARASITE

-Reduce It's base energy drain % by 5%.
-Remove Support requirements (Because it's the only energy draining/gaining move that requires something to be used)
-Make it improve with Support (1% per 5 or 6 support points)




Static Smash


-Make it improve with support 
(1% per 5 support points till 45 support then 6 till 60 support then 7 till 74 support then 8 till 100 then 9 support points to increase it by 1%)

Maybe for parasite. But NO for static smash. Do you know what Support Mercs could do with that?
