When it comes to deleting a buddy from your buddy list, it should confirm the buddy deletion. For example, you click the "remove buddy" button, it should ask you a question such as, "Are you sure you want to remove Death Gigas from your buddy list?" I have deleted people by accident due to misclicksand I think this will help people out if they misclick and accidentally removes a buddy.
