Energy skills cooldowns

 hey. i have one player BM. as u know if enemy has low energy, EP don't works. but EP doing damage, rageable and it is 3 cool downs

lets talk tech mage. TM has 2 energy skills. energy backup and assimilation

now Tactical Mercenary. Frenzy and energy backup. 2 energy skills. atom smasher also

lest talk Mercenary. merc stealing and getting low energy and it is 4 cool downs. that's why merc is bad class

bounty hunter. i have it. stealing 327 but getting only 213 energy for 4 cool downs. its almost nothing 213 energy. that's why 1 vs 1 many players have dex build

cyber hunter. emp grenade and static charge 3 cool downs. its also good

my suggestions are here

1. for merc i wanted to steal and get more energy but it's not happened. i suggest give it 3 cool downs instead of 4

2. for bounty hunter i suggest increase getting energy to 75% instead of 65% or give static grenade 3 cool downs

3. for bm energy parasite is really weak. i suggest get 2x energy instead of 1.5x. i think this is the best way to buff EP

TM and TLM has 2 energy skills and energy backup don't need 3 cool down. also cyber hunter are good.

i wanna say once. i have BM and EP is 3 cool downs, also BH and static grenade is 4 cool downs. my win percentage is more on BM because of energy skill is 3 cool down. and i almost bored with my bh. 10 battles and only 2 won. plus for tank build bh has low energy steal and back because of static grenade improves with support. thanks for reading
