What's SPSS and why is it one point more than the "normal" SP cost at L150?

Weird, 120 stats should be around 43 SP

While 1.195 should be around 11 SP

Does this mean that a whole +10 bth to fire only cost MORE than 7 SP? (Based on math it's exactly 7 SP, so it means at this state that is is kinda missing a MC? Not so sure but that's how it looks to me)

Imr, could you please be specific with what the MC is for cozy fire orb? It would also be helpful for when Carandor writes out the sub for it.

 just to make sure is the 10 BTH boost to weapon and spells for water element or all elements?- the in game description sounds like all elements.

What is ResSS?

Ignore it. It's basically what the resistance would have been had it been subtractive. It's used in the formula for the multiplicative resistance. ~Carandor

  • The damage boost is halved for spells and /0.75ed for Magic weapon attacks. The BTH lean remains the same regardless.

    (Otherwise, we'd just have to modify both the damage boost and the BTH boost, and you guys seem to like the big BTH boost.)

    (1+1.195)*(85+10)/85-1 = 1.45

    So does it provide a +1.45 damage boost, resulting in 2.45? It seems obviously wrong but it looks like that's what it says.

    Sorry, not 1+Dmg, just Dmg there. I thought the table had it as +19.5%. ~IMR

    		I think, you meant it gives +[BTH] BtH boost as listed instead of it gives +[BTH] BtH lean as listed.
    If it gives +[BTH] BtH lean as listed, then it should give the same +10 Bth lean on every lvl.

    		 On the top version, it's (1.195)*(85+10)/85-1 = +33.56 damage. But you combine it with the +10 BTH lean, and you're doing *(1+0.3356)*(85/95) = 1.195 damage after the lean decreases damage, assuming no other boosts.

    For spells, you use +33.56/2 = +16.78%. It gets the +10 BTH lean still, so you're doing *(1+0.16678)*(85/95) = 1.0449 damage.

    ~

    For the Lv5 version, it does (1.02)*(85+1)/85-1 = +3.2% damage. For spells, it does +1.6% damage.

    If it applied a +10 BTH lean, then it would be (1.02)*(85+10)/85-1 = +14%. For spells, +7%. After the +10 BTH lean, it would be (1+0.07)*(85/95) = *0.9574 damage. I don't want the Orb to be decreasing damage - it should be a pure boost. So I'm sticking with the above numbers and not making it a blanket +10 BTH lean.
