What if that (special) damage multiplier can reset every time when you using IA bot.


This meaning this. IA bot special is generally weaken than today version. Still it is that extreme damage potentical. If player dont use that bot. Multiplier rising similar than today version. about 14 turn and rage it can doing same

extreme damage. This coming big difference. If player using IA bot every time when it is possible. IA bot multiplier reset every time when using it. So this meaning this. no EXTREME damage turn 14. Still good damage.

nope because back when the robot could have it's laser used multiple times it made every rage especially in long duels a nightmare. even with a reset feature it would still be a nightmare especially with long duels.

It is fine as is.

I actually kinda like that idea, where it increases to a damage % (capped, of course) and resets (below 100%) after use.

If this were to be a considered idea, i would suggest capping the damage at 130%.
-starts at 50% on round 1, increases by 10% each round (reaching max on round 9)
-resets to 20% each time it is used (reaching cap every 12 rounds)

since most battles end before round 18 (when you could use the robot for a second time at 100%, after 130% on round 9)
this robot would be more for leverage in longer battles, where it can get extremely boring.

I agree, this isn't actually a horrible idea. But if it were to be done, I would lower to maximum from 120% to 110% and raise the minimum from 85% to 90%. I think a lot of people over the years have complained about IA doing too much damage at once and I think this is probably one of the most effective possible ways to lower IA's damage without making it under-powered. With this it will become slightly more like gamma bot which is much more stable, except you have to way two extra turns each cooldown for 10% damage.
