is the alpha knight armor available to eveyone or just those who played in the alpha version? same with the beta blade?

You cannot obtain those items without the appropriate badges, which were awarded to characters that helped test the respective versions. Same goes for the Kickstarter items, which are available from the same NPC.

I have screenshots from when the 3d game was done in 2014 back when it was made with Unity. Is there any way for me to verify with staff that I helped test back then? I'd read I'm the design notes it may still be available if you did the unity version...

The game is still made with Unity (it's just not going to be exported to Flash). But no, if you didn't recreate your account on the new AQ3D, there is no way to verify you were with the game back then.
